Youth Development Worker - Linton

If you are passionate about young people and motivated to lead an area youth work team developing provision in the community and church environments then this role is for you. As a Youth Development Worker, you will grow relationships with young people (age range 10-21), including vulnerable young people with complex family circumstances, supporting them to overcome challenges and live fulfilling lives.

The role is also about enabling young people to explore and deepen Christian faith with particular focus on equipping young people linked to partner churches in Linton.



Full-time role: 37.5hpw (will consider fewer hours: min. 25hpw)

Salary range:  £21,322 - £23,080 (FTE, pro-rata for part-time)
