Gap Year and Training Opportunities

Are you interested in becoming a youth worker?  If so, we have three great training options:

Gap Year Scheme

  • Level 3 Certificate in Youth Work Practice.
  • One year course with 2 days of youth work experience with Romsey Mill and 1 day in a local church setting.
  • Support from a local church community.
  • Help with accommodation.

Degree course

  • BA (Hons) in Theology and Youth Ministry.
  • 3 years, full-time with 20 hours placement at Romsey Mill.
  • £9250 per year. (Student finance available.)
  • Subsidised accommodation in Cambridge.

Post-grad MA

  • MA in Christian Leadership.
  • One year, full-time with 20 hours placement at Romsey Mill.
  • £5000 per year.  (Postgraduate finance available.)
  • Subsidised accommodation in Cambridge.
