Gap Year & Student Training Opportunities

Do you want to train to be a youth worker?  If so you can complete a BA (hons) in youth work and community development or PG Dip/MA in youth work and community work with Romsey Mill as your placement organisation.  As well as undertaking two lecture/study days per week, you will spend around 20 hours per week at Romsey Mill gaining a strong grounding in community based youth work by undertaking detached, one-to-one work, young people-led group activities, school based alternative education work and residential experiences with young people who need extra support to overcome challenging circumstances.

These are unpaid student placements but reduced rate accommodation in Cambridge City is provided by Romsey Mill and student finance is available.
