give something back to the local community

By giving a cash donation to Romsey Mill, you will be giving something back to the local community. Your financial support will have a direct impact on some of Cambridgeshire's most vulnerable and disadvantaged young people and families. A cash donation can either be allocated to one of our programme areas or can support our charitable work as a whole. Romsey Mill’s size means that your contribution will make a tangible difference to the young people and families we work with.  We will provide you with regular feedback to demonstrate the impact your support has had, and this information can be shared with your employees, share holders, customers and clients.

 Support us with:

  • one-off or regular corporate donations
  • goods and services given in kind
  • payroll giving
  • a ‘Charity of the Year’ partnership
  • becoming a ‘Business Friend’ of Romsey Mill
  • staff fundraising – from cake sales to ticketed events
  • a gift of shares
  • donate cash instead of sending Christmas cards or printing pay slips
  • have a collection pot near your till or on your reception desk
  • hire our building for meetings and events
  • donate second-hand items to our charity shop

Heidi Mulvey, Head of Community Engagement at Cambridge University Press, Cambridge

“Romsey Mill was our Charity of the Year for almost two years and we have worked together in a variety of ways including fundraising, volunteering and skills-sharing. Financially supporting the two educational programmes (Transitions and Step Up) has made for a perfect fit, given our own educational objectives. That said, they are working on so many exciting projects, I would recommend Romsey Mill to any organisation looking for a charity to partner with.”
