“I like Romsey Mill. We can come to chat about life, problems and how to solve them. Sometimes we do exercise. I enjoy this as it helps with expressing myself and helps with anger problems. I like to leave Romsey Mill stress free and most of the time I do.”

Andy*, 19

“I enjoy Romsey Mill because I can be myself and have a laugh but I can also talk serious. They help me with problems and give me advice.”

Liam*, 23

Reboot is a course that helps to develop aspirations and increase confidence in young men (16 – 25) who would otherwise find it difficult to secure training and employment. It focuses on the whole person, who they are and who they could be, and the positive part they can play in their families and communities. As well as looking at CV writing, practical employment skills, communication and team work, they meet each week for classroom-based activities, discussions and games.
